WHAT TO EXPECT
INITIAL INQUIRY & QUESTIONNAIRE
Use our contact form to send us your event details. We’ll review your information, confirm availability, and send our questionnaire so we can begin conceptualizing your details. We’ll also send a booking link so you can schedule your first consultation.
FIRST CONSULTATION & DESIGN PROPOSAL
We will meet virtually to discuss your wedding plans and aesthetic hopes and dreams. The information you share in this meeting will lay the groundwork for your floral design proposal. We will create a personalized, detailed plan with pricing and design specifics tailored to your requirements. After you receive your proposal, you may schedule an optional follow-up call to discuss any adjustments.
SERVICE AGREEMENT & RETAINER
Once you have approved the design plan, we will formalize your booking by accepting a 25% retainer and having you sign a service agreement. Then, we will secure your date in our event calendar.
FINAL DETAIL MEETING
As your wedding date nears and once you have collected all RSVPs, we will schedule a meeting to review your floral plan from start to finish, adjust as needed, and confirm all floral elements. This meeting will occur no later than four weeks before your wedding date. We’ll issue an invoice for your final balance at this time, reflecting any changes made.
YOUR WEDDING DAY
This is the day you’ll see our vision come to life! Our capable team will execute all elements of your floral plan, including delivery, installation, transfer of florals from the ceremony to the reception space (if applicable), and strike-down and collection of rental items following the event.
INVESTMENT
Our personalized and detailed wedding plans typically begin at $5,000 before HST, which allows us to achieve the level of impact and design detail we are known for. Keep in mind your guest count and design wishes will influence your budget, and our couples typically spend around $7,500 to $10,000 .
