OUR RETURN POLICIES

IN STORE

 

It is our main priority to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied! Any merchandise in its original, unused condition may be returned for full refund*, store, credit, or exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

 

*Please note, we require the original purchase receipts in order to issue a full refund. We are unable to issue refunds on Interac purchases, and a store credit will be offered instead.

 

 

 

ONLINE

 

It is our main priority to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied! Any merchandise in its original, unused condition may be returned for full refund or store, credit within 30 days of purchase. 

 

If your item does not make it back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order, please contact us to determine if we can still issue a refund or store credit. 

 

The original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault was our own. 

 

The vast majority of our customers do not choose to return or exchange their items, so to keep our prices as fair as possible, we do not cover the cost of return shipping on returns and exchanges.
